• Classic Gnocchi with a Cacio e Pepe Sauce

• Spinach Gnocchetti with a Butter and Sage Sauce

• Charcuterie board will be served (as usual) along with one glass of wine

• Wine available for purchase by the glass or by the bottle

6:20 Introduction of the Chefs and Recipe Overview

6:30 Preparation of the three doughs

7:00 Shaping and cutting of the gnocchi

8:00 Cooking and finishing the Gnocchi in the different sauces

8:30 Dinner Time!

9:00 End of the class.
