Our experienced chefs will break down the technical science behind the equipment, recipes, and product management to help maximize any pizzerias potential.

Consumer Class   Geared toward both the experienced home chef and the kitchen newcomer, our consumer classes offer a fun traditional experience cumulating in a family style meal to finish the class. Our chefs will work through simple recipes that will provide easy-to replicate results for perfect pizzas in a home oven.

Consumer - Napoletana Pizza Course   Naples, the birthplace of pizza and the undisputed home of the best pizza on earth. Originally created to honour The Queen Margherita of Savoy, pizza has become a defining aspect of Napolitano culture. Guided by our pizza masters, students participate in an interactive course providing an in-depth focus on the science, technique and essence of pizza Napoletana.  Following an extensive explanation of the theoretical science of the pizza style, students can anticipate a full hands-on experience of mixing, kneading, constructing and baking the pizza in both electric and gas ovens.

Led by our knowledgeable pizzaiolos, the course will dive into the theory behind the airy, crispy dough. Students will then have the chance to master the mixing, kneading and making of the pizza. By utilizing a variety of different assortments, students can develop a preference of ingredient combinations to create their ideal pizza.

Roman Style Pizza, best known in Italy as “pizza al taglio.” A distant cousin to Naples, this Roman “street food” is baked in rectangular pans and decorated with a vibrant selection of ingredients. The FCA offers access state of the art equipment suitable for the casual home consumer right up to the busiest pizzerias. With access to vast catalogue of traditional domed ovens, refractory brick or convection, as well as all of the latest dough making and pizzaioli gadgets, our instructors will pass on the knowledge required to maximize the full potential of your equipment.

You are invited to visit the largest showroom for coffee equipment in North America, located in the heart of downtown Toronto at the corner of Dupont and Christie.

Our showroom is 20,000 square feet and housed in the historic Ford manufacturing plant.

We’ve filled it with top of the line barista, pizza, pasta, bakery and gelato equipment + accessories.
