Originally created to honour The Queen Margherita of Savoy, pizza has become a defining aspect of Napolitano culture. Guided by our pizza masters, students participate in an interactive course providing an in-depth focus on the science, technique and essence of pizza Napoletana. Following an extensive explanation of the theoretical science of the pizza style, students can anticipate a full hands-on experience of mixing, kneading, constructing and baking the pizza in both electric and gas ovens.
