Learn how to prepare the perfect Pizza Romana to impress your family and friends on your next party or gathering! This hands-on class walks you through the correct techniques to prepare, knead, stretch and store dough, produce a perfect tomato sauce, and top and cook an authentic pizza at home.
Charcuterie and wine offered during the initial portion of the event and after the hands-on portion, guests will be invited to eat and share their pizza creations.
